The Studio.

Our studio is located in the heart of the crossroads district of Kansas City! Here we allow our artists access to amenities and resources including recording studios and exhibition spaces.

Each space is often programmed for a multitude of happenings, but our studio is split into several main spaces.

Sun Room

The Sun Room is a primarily a mixed-use workspace, but the natural sunlight makes it great for oil-painting and traditional 2 dimensional craft! It also includes our library and research center that contains a number of books donated by the KC Public Library (thank you!)

Bat Cave

The Bat Cave contains two iMac stations and scanners for a number of digital projects. It also houses our ceramics and fiber working areas, stocked with sewing machines, and fabric!

The Lab

The Lab is primarily used for printmaking and photography. It contains our screen-printing studio and a large built in photo-set and pottery wheels.

Music studio

We also have a fully stocked music room and recording space for our artists to utilize. There's a rehearsal space, piano, organ, drum-kits, guitars, bass guitars, hand drums, and a bunch of other instruments too.
